About Rovinj

     The town of Rovinj is located on the west coast of Istria and it has around 14.910 thousand inhabitants; land area of Rovinj is 88 km2. Bearing in mind that the town of Rovinj has a big population of Italians thus both Croatian and Italian are official languages in Rovinj.

     Tourism and industry, especially tobacco industry “Rovinj” and “Istragrafika” the biggest manufacturer and exporter of retail-type package are the most important economy sectors.

     Town of Rovinj has a mild mild Mediterranean climate and the average annual temperature is around pleasant 16˚C.
